Very rude gaming staff and gambling going on

After spending 1000 rs. on video games and winning tickets they don't even have good gifts and have shelves full of toys for purchase.
Staff is very rude avoid.

bluesapphire88on 28/06/2017 12:58We were a alrge group and had a stoppage at this resort for lunch. 1st of all this is a very wierd resort with no proper entrance, smelly premises, dirty bathrooms, and they have squeezed so much into this single resort. Their vegetarian food was terrible and so was the ambience. Just being at the city centre, has a location advantage.

manish aon 25/06/2017 08:59It was a very bad stay.. In one of my most visited places... It is the worst place i have been to.
The stay part was good but the room service people were like uneducated and i was with my wife.. They were looking with a very bad eyes..
So. Please any family members are willing to go there i request you please visit any other place.. But not kumar resort.
Billing issue & rude behaviour
Vipul Gon 03/06/2017 13:50The hotel is just ok. When I checked out from the hotel they told me that they have received less amount from the booking that I did online & I had to pay an additional charge.
The receptionist denied to share the hotel invoice with me & told you will only have online invoice.
There was no transparency & the reception was rude.
Worst hospitality ever
