The hotel desktop speaks English very well and in general the atmosphere is casual and comfort
We found a great sushi restaurant nearby, unfortunately the name is japanese so i cannot mention it here.

manojkumargargon 19/08/2013 18:48In our recent business trip to Mt. Fuji we are in Kuretake inn for one night. At that time some festival was there in Mt. fuji so very much rush in this hotel. All rooms was booked.Location of this hotel is also very good. You can find everything around it. Mac D is near this hotel so very much relief for us regarding snacks. also shopping complex is near this hotel.For clothing you can go for UNI QLO & for 100 yen shopping there is Daisa shop near this hotel.Room was clean & staff was cooperative. At morning breakfast was nice.so in totalety comfertable stay.
Forced to change rooms
SCooke57on 22/09/2012 15:28Nice place, although rooms are small with no space to open luggage. With a paid reservation for three nights, after one night my group (of four rooms) was forced to change rooms without prior notice. The new rooms were on the smoking hall (which reeks).

Japanesemissrosieon 30/08/2011 17:43Stayed here recently for two weeks. Great breakfast. Wonderful onsen. Friendly staff and an English speaking receptionist which was very helpful. Wireless in the foyer for those with an ipad..... very handy.
