- pools esp whirlpool are good.
- location is great, close but not too close
- cleanliness is top notch.
- staff is very cooperative
I booked via company perks and that included breakfast. Upon check in they said it's no its via Expedia. I showed the mail and Marissa gave complementary passes 😀

We asked for pack-n-pay but it didn't come until 10 and when it did, it was broken! At least they tried to get one to their credit.

Very nice hotel meets all marks. Clean and specious rooms, good service and perfect location. Accessible to shopping and amusement parks. Not much options for food but average courtyard standard food options available. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lancaster.

The staff at the Courtyard Lancaster always go above and beyond to make help make your stay a memorable one. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff everyone is always friendly and willing to help. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and it's what you expect from a Courtyard Marriott. It's close to shopping, restaurants and attractions.

Great location. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location as is near restaurants and the center. 40min drive to Hershey Park. Hotel is clean, pool is fun for the kids and staff is pleasant. Would recommend.

On weekends the downstairs restaurants has a buffet as well.

Room was quiet, clean and spacious

Breakfast was horrible. Food cold , eggs powered, meat under cooked.
Bistro served a little better breakfast, not a lot of choices .
Bistro, low average score for me.
I would have breakfast elsewhere.
