Mohamed@bar with his Dexterous skill, emanating warmth and affable personality and skill at handling and entertaining large crowd skillfully and paying attention to subtleties of the order of customer truly the perfect crown jewel for the bar!
And jamie@reception-quick witted and lightning fast in decision making in accordance with multilingual ability was very impressive

Andrew Kon 26/07/2017 17:06arrived 30 min from CGD, not bad... very hard to find the entrance to this hotel... you have to go through a colony of gated apartments to get to the parking lot... we couldn't check in early (10am) or leave our bags at the front desk... we spent our entire day touring downtown by foot...
when it came time to check in (11:30pm), we (3 of us) were given ONE KEY...
we were not informed by the front desk (african french) to swipe the key on the keypad on the elevator, to activate elevator to proceed to your floor...
my sister had asked if the hotel is fully booked? the african frenchman said, "no, we have plenty rooms."
once i entered the room, the room was damp and humid... note: i'm bald, why, why do i have hairs on my bed? what i didn't understand, why the outlets didn't work?
i went back down to the same african frenchman to ask for 1 roll of toilet paper and if he can kindly get someone to flip the switch for room 309...
after getting ready for bed (1:30am), i went back down to the front desk, the same african frenchman kindy ingored me, THOUGH I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE!!
i asked for 1 roll of toilet paper, and he told me that someone is working on the switch...
3 hours for 2 simple things? why is this man shuffling papers and NOT ATTENDING his guests? at 2:30am, i went back down and there were 3 other people complaining about electricity being out... 2:30am - I WANT MY TOILET PAPER!!
i finally asked him, do you have another room? the african frenchman told me, no...
how does this low quality place fill up in 2 hrs?
the next morning, the african frenchman has left his shift.. finally the morning shift guy gave me a roll of toilet paper, and was abale to flip the switch in the breaker room!
arriving back to the hotel the same night, i see more hairs on my refolded sheets... why are there hairs on my shower walls? i tried to charged our phones and battery packs, sure enough, NO ELECTRICITY!! at 12:10am, i went down to the african frenchman, and kindly asked to flip the switch in the breaker room for 309. waiting patiently for something to happen, while the girls shower, nothing was done. again, i went down at 1:30am to ask the african frenchman whom ignored me again... I STOOD RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM AS HE WALKED AWAY!! when a delivery guy came in to deliver food, a woman shortly asked the african frenchman where to get food delivered at this time... the african frenchman pointed at the fridge in the lobby, WOW!!
i had to get his attention by speaking loudly, asking him..."do you not have the decency to call room 309, if nothing can be done? do you not have the room tele number? i waited for almost 2 hours now for ME to come down to YOU to find out that YOU are USELESS???"

rooms: some electricity (choose wisely), damp, dirty
restaurant bar: food must be as clean as their rooms, i noticed the same sugar waffle cones above the ice cream maker for 3 days!!

GPascal63on 26/06/2017 06:43Smoke smelling. No air conditioned with and outside temperature of 36°C!! Brocken switches; Not very clean. The second night, they gave me another room. No air conditioned again!! I do not recommened this hotel.
acceptable for the short stay
vojtechv2017on 20/06/2017 10:08friendly staff, excellent hotel taxi service; 20 min from Airport CGD; hotel is presented as 3 stars hotel but the prices are too high (over 200 Eur). Acceptable breakfast, very good bar service - if enough guests then opened unlimited.
Dirty and old. Low quality.
Giuseppe Gon 29/01/2017 13:16I have been here for work, all the other places were full. The general level of this structure is very bad. Rooms are cold and water system it's broken, i wasn't able to take a shower with the same temperature for 20 seconds. Food was very cheap but too expensive for its low quality.
The hotel is 3 km from the metro and taxi didn't guaranteed the ride for the short distance. My room smelt of smoke. There was a spike on the floor from the first day, after the first night the staff of the hotel didn't saw that, and the spike has been there till i left the hotel.
Mohamed is the only positive "thing" of this hotel, because he's very very kind and helpful.
