Clean big rooms

The hotel is next to the shopping mall. The rooms are clean and web connection is okey. It will be better if they can invest for the bathrooms.

You will have kitchen , washing machine and plates like your home.

Very good hotel apartment

If you have work outside abu dhabi and near to mussaffa area then this hotel apartment is ideal for you. It is just adjacent lulu center in mussafah. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The corridors are big and spacious and does mot feel like you are in a tunnel. They have one restaurant you can actual go to the food court in lulu mall from the hotel. Very convenient. The only issue i felt is getting to the hotel parking which is quite tough to navigate. But you can hand over ur keys and ask the reception they will part your car. Overall very impressive hotel apartment

Much Improved

The L'Arabia hotel is very much improved since I last reviewed it. Quality control at the hotel in 2015 was frankly appalling but that has completely changed. Everything worked in the room for the first time in the many years that I have been using this hotel.

The advantage of this hotel is that it is conveniently located for the Mussafah Industrial and Commercial areas. It is about a 30 - 45 minutes taxi ride to get down town, there are loads of taxis outside and they are not expensive.

These are apartment type rooms with cooking facilities so if you are staying for a long period it is nice to be able to cook rather than eating out every night. With a supermarket in the mall on the ground floor it is all very convenient.

This hotel is far from the tourist areas, so if you choose to stay here then you should be doing so for business mostly (like I did).
The hotel is stuck by a tunnel to a very large mall, so it takes only 10 seconds to go from the hotel to the shopping mall, where you can exchange currency, take a taxi, eat, and do shopping of course. You get a large bottle of water for free every day. Rooms are huge! Kitchen has enough wares for cooking yourself and is quite useful. Room service food is good. Internet is FANTASTIC! Fast and reliable.

Horrible experience

Horrible customer service. It was clearly mentioned on my booking (with booking.com) that sofa bed or single bed would be available.This was categorically refused by gentle man at the reception, although his female colleague said she would arrange it. I politely added how do you expect a family with 02 kids to fit on one bed ( it's not at all king sized, actually it's 02 single beds pushed together ). He added he can't do much to this. To this I got annoyed, and demanded this to be arranged. Eventually a mattress was sent to the room. It's tired looking room with tired bathroom. To add to all this misery, we were awaken with drilling and hammer banging noise at 0600 hrs, when called the reception to enquire, as expected,he was unaware and couldn't be bothered. Breakfast was cold,lady at the breakfast area was least bothered. Bottom line, it's best to avoid this place. It was first and last time at this hotel apartments.The only reason (which I eventually regretted ) I picked this place, was to avoid Abu Dhabi's traffic as I had stuff to take care in the vicinity of Mussafa area. Avoid this place at any cost, it's not worth a dime of your money.
