Great Stopover for the Channel
RedKen10on 09/06/2017 07:49Comfortable well-run hotel near Camp Blanc Nez with convenient access to ferries, the Tunnel and Coquelles shopping areas. Quiet location just 10 min stroll to the sea and coastal paths. Comfortable well-equipped room in the separate newer block and decent breakfast, We have been coming here for over 15 years and always look forward to our return!
Great value for money stopover hotel in brilliant location

A very good night
htlsw19on 04/06/2017 10:30We were stuck in Calais at six thirty for a night as our dog wasn't able to travel till the morning. We rang this hotel as it was near Eurotunnel and the lovely receptionist said she had one room and would wait for us. It was only a twin room but perfect for us and the dog (only 6 euros extra). We calmed our nerves with a walk to the beach and slept very well in a comfy bed.
Great stay in the French countryside

This trip we booked a double room and had problems as the kettle lead did not reach a power point and the bathroom was quite 'tired'. We asked to move rooms and chose to pay a small amount more for for a superior double. This room was beautifully decorated with a modern bathroom and it had a fridge too. TV receives U.K channels.
The restaurant is excellent and very reasonably priced. Unusually the bar closes when the restaurant does at 10pm.
A great stop over en route to or from the Calais ferry port. Only a few minutes from the Cite Europe shopping centre. We will be back soon!
Return to a very convenient find
LynnPMaidenheadon 29/05/2017 18:25A very happy find in the country with spectacular coastal view and a short trip from Calais. Ideal for a few days exploring, a gastronomic booze cruise or an early stop-off when heading south. In fact they once left a key for us when we arrived at 1am! Splendid breakfast to suit UK and all continental tastes.
Ground floor rooms are suitable for disabled and they have one specially adapted in the old building.
We hoped to eat elsewhere because dinner there some time ago wasn't exciting, but when we were forced to eat there, we were happy as there was a new chef and the food, especially the seafood, was imaginative and delicious.
