Service could be better

Visited with friends and family in August. Lovely outside table on the terrace. No hurry to take our order - I think ours was left and others served first because we were a large party of eight.
Everyone was given a welcome drink including our children - no explanation as to what it was but it contained alcohol.
Everything is cooked on the BBQ to order (by one chef) and it seemed to take ages to arrive. One of the portions of chips we ordered did not arrive and we had to chase it - had to wait a good 10 minutes: when you wait so long for your order you don't expect it to be incomplete.
We weren't asked if we wanted repeat drinks we had to flag down a waiter and then they seemed to take a while to arrive.
We had a good night and the food and venue both lovely but as a large party I felt the service was mediocre at best.

It's very good hotels for rest and enjoy your time with your family or friends,and we have a very nice spa and this hotel , and in the night we have a good restaurant to eat or drink, but sometime in the room no have Internet this only the problem in the room .

Golf & sunshine - happy days!!

We went with another couple in early June 2017. The weather always seems to be perfect at that time of year. For Golf on three really nice courses & sunbathing in a secluded family style hotel - this can't be bettered. We were there for 4 days. It is quiet up the mountain where the resort is located so after three days you may need a little more to do/see. You need a cab to town but it's ten mins & 12 Euros so no big deal.

Great first impression but downhill there after

On first impressions the main reception and on looking courtyard is beautiful, you get a beautiful feeling once inside but then once taken to your room is a different story. We booked a double room and we're given two single beds, they use wide angled cameras as the rooms are so tight, as a couple you would have at least two suitcases but when you try to put them in and around the room there's a clear space issue.
The beds are very uncomfortable and mattresses very thin. You get two long thin rectangle cushions which I believe are meant to be pillows but you couldn't sleep on them.
We are staying in a room looking into the pool area and the walls, floors and ceilings are clearly paper thin, you can hear everything from people moving around to conversations and even people in the bathroom in the room next door and when your on a relaxing break get woken up very early!
I suppose it doesn't help that the onlooking course is also shut for maintenance work and the digger started at 7:30am which was highly inconvenient.

The rooms when photographed on booking.com or their website look light & fresh looking but are actually very tired indeed.

We arrived yesterday afternoon and wanted to get some snack food by the swimming pool at the bar, we were told that we couldn't have food as they were not serving any more but could have a drink & ice cream. Whilst being served someone came up and wanted to order chicken nuggets and chips which the bar woman took and accepted their order, when we asked her if we could order a sandwich she said no they were not taking food orders! We had asked if they had any crisps to nibble on with our drinks which again was answered by a no but then once sat back down she delivered crisps and drinks to another pool lounger!
Very bad customer service here!

My opinion is that I don't think this is a good Couples hotel break!

Much needed break

Had a lovely few days just us adults. Staff were fantastic. Especially noted carman in the pool bar and Alberto who literally did not stop. Hotel is clean, comfortable, will return for sure In the very near future.
