Cheap 2 night stay for rome
Orah09on 05/06/2017 23:28Stayed here for two nights Lastweek , we had difficulty finding the place as it's a doorway of an old building. Good place, very clean , air con, wifi didn't work 1st night but we messaged the owner and he had it fixed straight away for us. Location bit scary at night time due to train station been located right beside it , otherwise great stay , would go back !

thecountyfolkon 11/11/2016 20:14Very close to Termini station this B & B was comfortable and so easy to access. There is one flight of stairs if you have trouble with luggage but the large rooms and super location make it a worthwhile place to stay. Very updated and modern washrooms, our room was clean and fresh!!! We were given a chit to purchase a traditional Italian Breakfast at a little restaurant nearby. Lots of good eats around this location and so easy to access trains and buses.

GH81on 23/08/2016 08:48We only stayed in Rome for one night (wish it was longer) and stayed at Habanas Design. It's nothing too special but it's close to the train station (literally 200m), it's comfortable, easy to get to the sites, etc.
Quirky and convenient
Barbara Don 04/04/2016 18:34This is not like a normal chain hotel. Rather it is one floor in a very old building, with three rooms which the owner has renovated himself in an unusual, artistic style. The rooms are small but very clean, light and airy, with fresh, new fittings including new bathroom. If you're lucky your room will overlook an attractive park. It's easy walking distance from Termini Station where the airport train comes in, and the main Roman attractions are no more than twenty minutes walk or an easy bus ride away, yet it's so quiet it could be in the suburbs. The only draw-back is that there's no lobby and no one on duty to let you in: you have to phone the owner who comes within minutes (so no good if you don't have a mobile you can use locally).

Nikita Mon 09/09/2015 22:08Habana' design is very well located in terms of tourism - being across the road from the bus/train station and a ten minute walk for the colosseum. Although the area is overcrowded with young/homeless people at night, it's hard to get away from that in Rome. The owner was extremely helpful throughout our stay and was always available to fix any problems we had. Our TV stopped working and the owner went out to get an Apple TV stick for our room and installed it etc. there are free hot and alcoholic drinks in the foyer and also a first aid kit and a phone to use at any time. The rooms are beautiful and well cleaned every day. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
