Beautiful friendly equipped Boutique hotel
mwreeson 04/07/2017 14:46This beautifully designed space has everything you need for a place to stay in the city. Green space outside my window, great bed, bath, closet, working space. Internet is great. The office work space was great--I printed out my documents easily. Coffee delivered in the morning, and the restaurant food was better than popular places within walking distance--even with service fairly late in the evening. Most of all the staff went out of their way to take care of my luggage, my transportation needs--everything with great care and even greater friendliness. I loved the airport transport. I felt at home.
very comfy and proper
reemozon 10/06/2017 21:29So I recently stayed there for two days. It feels comfy, cosy, clean.The hotel staff are really pleasant and helpful. I was also picked up and taken to the airport (so they have that service). I did appreciate that there was a very comfy bed, an iron and iron board (which is not always the case) as well as a hair dryer. Maybe the one thing I missed having is kettle and coffee but they had complimentary coffee on the house for the two mornings I was there (I could book them at the hour I wanted). Breakfast is pretty good...

Edgar Mon 30/05/2017 17:08Room was a playroom for an infant in size. When I ask if I could see other rooms to move I told no. Morning staff rude and not friendly. Evening staff great people very customer service oriented. Location is good closed to shops and restaurants. I also had a request for parking I was informed no parking is in renovation.
Great location
DLRBaltoon 16/05/2017 01:11My second stay at this hotel. Zone 10 and near most of the nicer restaurants and shopping areas. Most guests seem to be on business but I liked staying there after "roughing it" in the more remote areas of Guatemala. The size of the rooms can be a bit small and I noticed during this stay that the room could use some paintwork. The staff is great and very helpful. The private parking facility is a nice option.

CharlesKennedyon 23/04/2017 01:32My wife and I stayed here for our last night of our honeymoon before leaving to go back to the U.S. The hotel was a perfect place to unwind and feel refreshed after a long week of adventures. The staff was super friendly and spoke english very well. Food was delicious and the rooms were very clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The hotel arranged a shuttle service to the airport for our very early flight and even had coffee and a snack ready for us when we woke up. We felt very well taken care of and very safe during our stay at Inmaculada.
