What People are saying

Quiet little hotel

Nadia Ron 25/09/2016 19:10

Good hotel ( wasn't very easy to find ) near termini which is convenient, I like Nestor at the reception, he is a good hard working person , the owner should feel lucky to have him . We can live our food in the fridge if we want as well . My bedroom have a cute little balcony . At night we shut the windows and don't hear much traffic out as it's double windows

Nice and Pleasant

Very Near to Roma Termini. Calm and Quite Location. Decent Hotel and decent staff and clean rooms. Hotel is located right behind the bus stop - refer google maps. Hotel name will be mentioned on the door bell on the gate. We couldn't find it immediately but saw it ultimately. It would have been better if they had some name board so that visitor can easily identify it. Water pressure from taps in bathrooms is very low. Not sure if its intentional to save water.

Dont expect much on breakfast. Breakfast will be served in a nearby cafe (coupon will be provided). Crossaint (not fresh), a coffee and a juice will be served as the breakfast.

Great location

The location is great, all sights can be reached on foot. The room was quite cosy, the bathroom was clean. The thing I hated was the breakfast. It was too simple for the price we paid. Also WiFi is not working. :(

I won't come back

I'm sorry to say i didn't like the esperience in this b&b, except for the location (very close to Termini station,2' walking).. The price is overrated, 120€ for a double room, one night, that was't anything special and smelled of smoke. The bathroom is clean but small, the bed and the pillows aren't comfortable at all, only one light on the bedside table worked, the other didn't. The breakfast was ridicolous, an old croissant and a choice of tea, coffee or cappuccino at a nearby small bar. A guest asked for an orange juice and the owner said it wasn't complimentary. The lift is so small that two persons with luggages cannot go togheter. I know it's an old building but it's not what i expect from a 120€ rate!!!

Worst service. Rude rude rude. But clean rooms.

This place is NOT worth it considering how rude the front desk was to us. Please read on.

This was out first hotel in Italy while we were on out honeymoon. The gentleman who checked us in was nice but didn't offer us any help as we struggled with the lock on the door. The room was pretty clean and large-view was of a busy street. Not a deal breaker.

After we checked in, we didn't see this gentleman again, but a short, bald Asian man with glasses. Every time we woke up and came back at night he was there. Never said buongiorno or buonasera without us saying it first-not a big deal but also not welcoming either. Every time we walked through and tried to ask questions he would not look away from the tv and would only give us limited 1 word answers.

The man had to buzz us in every time we came back to the hotel and every time we returned he acted as if we were a huge bother bc we interupted his tv program. One day he actually muttered something in italian, obviously bothered by us and when I asked him what did you say, he waved his hand to brush me off.

By the day we checked out, the guy literally told me if we stay 1 minute after 11 we would be charged more. When I asked him why he was rude to us he told me to "just leave". I struggled with my bags, no help of course and he slammed the door as I left.

Another thing that pissed me off was there were all these brochures with affordable day trips tucked away on the side of the desk and we didn't find them until after we had spent a bunch of money to trek to these places ourselves. A front desk should make you aware of these things.

Luckily we were able to brush off this and enjoy the rest of our trip. We are service oriented people but not unreasonable. This place was the worst I've ever been to. If you don't care about service then it's a clean place (minus the mold on the shower curtain) but the crap that we dealt with takes away from the charm of Rome.
