Charming bed and breakfast
Robbie299on 25/10/2016 17:13We really enjoyed staying here. The room was very comfortable and there is a generous buffet breakfast with fresh coffee. La Mimosa is about 5-10 minutes from the main square located just outside the city wall, so very convenient.

Lucy Son 24/10/2016 21:26Really lovely little hotel, I know technically a b and b , but I couldn't tell you the difference. A short walk from the city wall , lovely and quiet, quirky rooms and a lovely breakfast. I would definitely recommend this.

David Won 15/10/2016 14:33Before writing this review I've spent some time reading what other guests wrote before me. First of all I am used to travel a lot either for business or fun. When you approach a B&B you know you're not going to stay into a 5 starred premium hotel so I really do not understand certain "average-ratings" reviews I've read about this place. La Mimosa is a really wonderful place to stay for a few nights, the rooms are fantastic and the owner are super friendly. Besides this the breakfast is amazing and almost completely home made. What do you expect more? If I'll come back to Lucca I will certainly come to stay here.
A great little B&B
MARYDRESSMAKERon 22/09/2016 16:51Nice friendly place with a little garden that you can have your breakfast in, also sit in when the little bar is open. Lucca is a lovely interesting city with lots of lovely places to eat and has concerts in the church as its the birth place of Puccini. So if you go to Lucca this is a good place to stay a little walk to the city walls.

PhilBedford53on 19/09/2016 13:59We stayed from Sept 5 thru Sept 15 rooms were clean, air conditioned,and walking distance to walled Lucca. Hosts Lucia and Roberto were great hosts helping whenever possible. Walking distance to train station and buses. We made day trips to Pisa, and Florence. I would do it again.
