Kate Bon 24/04/2017 14:53Excellent location, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Parking was easy and the room spacious. Receptionist very friendly.
The toilet wasn't clean when we checked in. The lady at reception was very nice and apologetic and fixed the problem, and I understand that these kinds of things can happen when a cleaning person just misses something. But I think at a 4 star hotel, walking in to find a dirty toilet should be compensated with at least a breakfast offered or some kind of gesture.

Not as advertised
galberkeleyon 18/10/2016 20:46Simple request denied. We asked for a few more bed pillows. The room came with 4 pillows. 2 were smaller then a regular bed pillows and two were ortho pillows. We had a king bed we expected king size pillows. Having had neck surgery the ortho pillows were not welcomed. The manager told me in no uncertain terms that there can be no accommodation. Ice cubes were also at a premium. The young woman who was the evening person did her best to help us. The rest of the staff not so much. On the good side the hotel was very clean. Glad to move on to Rennes.
Peaceful indeed
Rod Hon 12/10/2016 11:13Brest doesn't have the quaintness of most small French cities having been largely destroyed in WWII and then rebuilt with a heavy naval influence but it is wonderfully located as a base for exploring the wonderful Brittany coast. If you are wanting a comfortable, clean and friendly place to stay, this is highly recommended. It has good sized bedrooms, a comfortable bed and good bathroom. The breakfast os also excellent and not confined to the ubiquitous croissant, which are great but not enough.

SFSCLon 15/09/2016 20:50Comfortable bedroom and bathroom; very clean. Friendly staff. There is no private parking but it is not difficult to find parking spaces in the street. We wished there was another option for breakfast than the buffet, but there was a coffee maker in the room.
