Good choice for budget conscious travellers

Location: A few feet away from the main road. Probably 5 minutes away from the white beach.
Staff: Average but friendly.
Food: Mediocre.
Room: Decent and clean. Clean bed. Toiletries available were just soap and tissue paper (if my memory serves me right.) With refrigerator. Wifi- brought own, so I wouldn't know.
Amenities: Restaurant?
Needs more maintenance.

Although we stayed at this nice place for one night only, I want to say that this is a very good option on Station 1. Excellent location. It is located practically on the Main Road but noise does not bother at all unlike other hotels where noise is a real problem. Very close to the beautiful beach of Station 1. Staff is very polite and helpful. I would recommend this place to those who want something simple but clean, quiet, friendly and close to the beach.

Small hotel but nice and clean and safe enough. We encountered some problems with the wifi because the router was recently replaced. The staff is very warm and nice. The breakfast is very basic but you can ask additional food.

Located on the main road, about 3-4 mins walking to the beach, once i got there at the end of january 2015 i end up in a room with a constant leak from the sealing in the toiled, basically i had to cal maintenance on daily basis, the wifi never actually worked unless i was close to the exit gate of the hotel, small, very small breakfast choice (egg, beacon or ham, toast with jam, coffee or juice, or philippinos breakfast), the hotel was always kept clean. It was relatively cheap to stay at, i , for sure, won't go back to boracay, too much commercialized with McDonald's, Pizza Hut etc.. available on the island. The hotel at the end was ok if u think to spend just the night there for sleeping unless some street dog decide for you not to.

Quiet and safe

a quiet and safe place since theres security 24 hours. Althou there was just a strong typhoon (haiyan/yolanda) that passed the island, there was still no electricity yet but they have their generator available but they had to shut it down during the night for a few hours but it didnt bother us because its cool during night time. Breakfast was okay not bad for a budget hotel. They should replace their towels coz its seems old already altho newly laundered its seems not clean cause its seems old already.
