Easy to find especially at night after driving for many hours. Quick check in & quiet floor, nice room, comfy bedding etc. the price was in line with the others in the area. I’d stay here again. Free parking is always a plus.

Hotel was clean and front desk was polite. Got checked in right away. The room was ready and clean. Hotel is near the highway, but it is far enough away not hear traffic going by. There are several restaurants nearby for you to choose from

I found this property to be a good value with a well-appointed, large room, nice poolside location, and good breakfast bar each morning. Staff was hospitable and location was convenient to the Park and a nearby mall.

The only problem I had was there were hairs stuck in one of the washcloths. I didn’t think it was a big deal i just used another washcloth. First time staying at Laquinta inn. Would definitely recommend

Overall the hotel is okay. Check in was easy. The staff was friendly with the government rate it was $74 per night. We stayed 2 nights. It is pet friendly. It could've been cleaner. It could use some updating. Popcorn ceiling throughout the hotel. The door in the bathroom needs repainting.
There was continental breakfast. It was okay cereal, fruit, etc. You could make your own waffles. There is a very small workout room.
You could hear people on the upper floors. (We were on the 2nd floor.)
A little noisy not too bad. The beds are fairly comfortable.
You get what you paid for. It met our needs. For our next visit to Durham We will more than likely pay a little more for a nicer hotel.
