Clean and comfortable at a reasonable price
Kevin Mon 16/07/2017 21:44My wife and I stayed here while passing through. We pulled in about 23:00 and got a room on a Friday night no problem. We left about 10:30 in the morning so we didn't use the pool but it looked nice. The room was clean and comfy.
On the downside...the front desk people were more engaged with their own conversation instead of paying attention to us during check in. It was weird that the room door was ajar when we came to it so I had to check all closets to make sure no one was there. The AC unit would not stay on consistently even when turned down to 60'F. Kept turning on and off. It did cool the room down overnight but not quickly. It was so late when we checked in that we didn't bother asking for another room.
In the end we got what we paid for and it was overall fine.
Convenient and comfy
jbla1951on 08/07/2017 00:56A little further out than where I usually stay when visiting family in Fort Wayne, but it turned out to be close enough. We love to have an indoor pool and this location had what we needed. The bottom of the pool needs some maintenance but was clean. The room was large with comfortable beds. Very accommodating staff and a nice hot breakfast was very nice.

Topper865on 05/07/2017 08:48When we go to Fort Wayne, we always seem to land up here because we have tried staying at other places and we weren't impressed at all. I like it here also because it's right next to one of our favorite restaurants. A little more pricey than other places but I'll always pay the few extra for this place.
Very Good Value, But Keep It Clean
R6157PBkevinson 28/06/2017 14:24Staying in the area while making sales calls with a business colleague. He recommended the hotel, and it turned out to be very well located for our trip. It's been a while since I stayed with LaQuinta, and the brand is everything I remember it to be -- a very good value and a nice accommodation. Only negative mark was the cleanliness of the elevator lobby and elevator floor. It was covered in a sticky substance which transferred to my shoes and caused me to stick to the carpet on the way to my room.
