Even doing some work from the recent hurricane, we had no problems with anything. Staff were knowledgeable and very considerate. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
The only reason I gave this hotel an average is because it had been through a Hurricane and it needed a lot repairs.
Earlene B Gon 10/10/2017 17:03We've stayed at this hotel many times in the past and it was in much better shape than it is now because of it being hit by Hurricane Irma. There's much work to be done to get it back in the nice condition it has been in the past.
Hotel under repair
Deborah Don 09/10/2017 19:39I didn't know the storm hit so many places so hard. I'm sorry about the damage but they're working very hard to complete repairs. The staff was so nice and apologetic for something they had no control over, yet had to fix. Seldom do you find a General Manager that shows an honest heart like this one. I appreciated the care and concern they showed. People should be respectful of that and save the negative reviews.

Quality and quantity was great. The hotel recently were recovering from a hurricane. Great service when they were going through a tough time!
BADLY IN NEED OF UPDATES
TheNeenon 07/10/2017 20:02This chain is usually pretty good however, this one has ongoing work and has been poorly maintained which has nothing to do with Hurricane Irma. Our room 301 has ground in dirt in the tub bottom, the door is not plumb with the frame and the building is overall depressing. The lobby of course is very nice. We had to stay since we were gathering for a funeral. The one good thing going for it is the nearby location of restaurants. We could walk to IHOP and across the road is a very nice Longhorn Steak House.
