on 09/08/2017 02:22outer appearance and first floor was okay. parking was not good as my wife has a hard time walking. our rooms carpet was extremely nasty dirty. no much area for the dogs plus didn't feel safe with all the homeless around. ice and soda machine on two different floors. breakfast was fair. next time in the area will stay at another La Quinta
Decent Hotel for the Price
360rtoddmon 31/07/2017 05:27This hotel will serve you well if your looking for a good price without all the extras. Yes, it's an older hotel, yes it needs to be updated some, but it works great for me and my family. I was in Little Rock for a convention and didn't want to stay at the convention site hotel. I've had problems at that other hotel. This hotel let us check in early, free shuttle to the conference which was less than a half mile away, free shuttle to and from the baseball game at the Arkansas Travelers. The breakfast was very decent and unexpectedly good. The pool was clean and inviting to my 7 year old. My family and my coworker will all stay at this location again when we come back every two years.
Not your usual La Quinta
mmcelhaneyon 30/07/2017 06:41Their breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m. rather than 10:00 a.m. as at most other La Quintas. They do not inform you of this when you check in. The parking has absolutely no signage directing you to the exit. The room was musty and the air conditioner did not work properly. The bathroom had a bad smell. Not a pleasant stay.

The place is old and very outdated . The amenities on their website are also inaccurate. I checked in and immediately checked out. The ONLY plus to this hotel was the front desk staff where I received amazing service!
