I arrived after a long trip and was exhausted and there was a very nice lady Cheryl that had my paperwork ready and it took 2 min to get my room key. She mentioned she had a son stationed at ft Campbell it sparked a conversation about the military. I had lossed friends over seas and suffer from PTSD. So I started to get upset and teared up and Cheryl informed she had lost her son in Afghanistan and gave me a hug and thanked me for my service. Instantly I felt better and that I was at home and in a place where I just wasn't a number or guest. I never stayed somewhere where I felt that they actually made you feel like you are family. Thank you Cheryl and I won't stay anywhere but la Quinta

Very pleased with my stay. Staff was amazing. The love and compassion they showed for Harvey victims was amazing. Ive never been treated better. i cant understand bad reviews to this motel. Great staf

There is a mamager at the Lumberton, Texas Laquinta by the name of Penny, she was a life saver after we had to evacuate because our house took in 5 feet of water because of Hurricane Harvey. She got me in a room was very polite and helpful. Thank you.

We lost our home due to hurricane Harvey then i got put in the hospital the manager Penny was amazing she went above & beyond to help me & my family get into a room at the Lumberton, Texas location so we would not have to go to a shelter. From what i understand Penny also lost her home & belonging but even with going through all that herself she did not lose her compassion & empathy. I will forever be grateful to her for helping us as much as she did, she is an amazing woman & Laquinta is blessed to have such an amazing & dedicated employee!!!

Rooms are clean and no smell to them or the hotel in general, the staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good, you have choices the biskets, sausage, eggs, are all good. The breakfast area was clean and keep clean.
