D846TMedmon 14/07/2017 10:02Rooms are excellent, very clean, great value. WiFi was very good. Breakfast is good but no eggs, bacon, or potatoes. I have stayed here several times and I would definitely use this hotel any time I am in Mesa.
Nice hotel, but terrible customer service!
Bland4on 12/07/2017 08:11We had a reservation and went to check in around 9:30 P.M., only there was no one around to check us into our room. We waited almost 20 mins and when no one showed up we decided to go eat and come back. Fortunately there's a Wild Wings very close by, the food was great, but again, service was slow. Maybe it's the time of year??? After we ate, about an hour or so later, we went back to the hotel to try and check in again and we still had to wait close to ten minutes before someone showed up to check us in! No apologies, no "sorry to keep you waiting," the employee acted as though we were more of an inconvenience to her than anything. Then our room keys didn't work and I had to go back to the desk, fortunately the employee was still there, but she then proceeded to ask me multiple times if I was positive I had tried the correct room?! Which after telling her twice that yes, it was the room she had assigned us, I was pretty much done with her rudeness. I have to say that after this experience, I will definitely think twice, and three and four times, before I ever choose to stay at another La Quinta!
Enjoyed my stay
Danny Don 10/07/2017 12:14I like to take mini vacations from time to time. I enjoy getting away from home to enjoy the pool and cable.My room location was great as well as the pool.The breakfast was OK,but could be improved upon.Overall a great stay.
Very Pleasant Stay
t0beyzon 10/07/2017 11:51As others have mentioned we were greeted by a very pleasant front desk crew and felt genuinely welcome. Even the house keeper and maintenance man we ran into in the elevator where friendly. The grounds were very well kept, rooms were clean and comfortable and the air conditioner worked great (it was 114 all 3 days we were there!). All in all a great stay. Thanks Team!

alleno690on 09/07/2017 17:58Wonderful place to stay, I love this hotel. Great environment, excellent service, great customer service, beautiful rooms, beautiful location...I simply love this hotel. If I have my way, I'll do this hotel again and again.
