Breakfast Chaos
Keith Bon 05/07/2017 15:43Although 4July holiday, hotel has to be managed to cope! Breakfast was chaotic and a bun fight. No - one there to find extra seating etc. Rest of hotel clean and staff friendly. Pity really not a good start to the day!!!
On the way to Redwoods
odhetton 03/07/2017 07:06Room had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was good. Overall quality not reflected in price. Lobby underwhelming to say the least, opens up into the laundry/supply room with a strong detergent smell coming through.
Decent Hotel
TheStampCollectoron 02/07/2017 08:25The hotel itself is decent, its not five star but it is clean, convenient and reasonably priced. I love that they are 100% pet friendly. The people at the front desk are helpful and friendly as well. The breakfast is typical hotel breakfast but decent as well.
The negatives that I experienced include:
The hotel phone did not work..at all, meaning I had to call them on my cell phone.
The wifi code did not work and when I called the front desk, I was told to call a 1-800 number.
The most frustrating part was that I could not watch tv without the help of my spouse because the tv had to be reset using several steps to get it to connect to the cable.
Also, as an FYI..most of the restaurants close at 9:30 pm, so be sure to eat early.
Knowing all this, I would stay here and recommend staying here but just know what to expect.

Lovetophotographon 26/06/2017 14:17Have stayed at this hotel on 4 different trips. Excellent location for exploring Oregon coast. Friendly efficient staff. Some nice small touches such as ice water with fruit in the lobby. Will stay there again.

cassrowanon 16/06/2017 20:45Went to the coast for my Birthday. We stayed at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our room, it was quiet and comfortable. The pool was heated which was nice. The free breakfast was nice. They had some hot foods, cereals, breads, waffles. I think the only complaint was the toilet paper was cheap and there was some trash that wasn't ours under the bed when we got there.
