I drive two hours with my children to this location for an event. We checked in at 330 only to be told the room was not ready. The check in time was 3pmand it’s posted in the website and in the lobby. I ended up waiting 20 more minutes only to be told that the room I paid for was not clean, still. I ended downgrading because I had somewhere to be. The manager never came out to speak to me or anything. This place gives La Quinta a bad name. I will never stay here again at this location.

I stay at hotels all week all over, this hotel, staff is first class. The value offered is tremendous and the rooms are always clean. But it is the staff that makes you feel like family is what makes me always come back! Great location!

Need better am staffing for breakfast. There for a tournament with early start time so expected to be ready on time. Saturday wasn’t great but at least some hot food was ready. Sunday they only had cold cereal out but didn’t even have the milk out for that.

The staff, with the exception of Tami, daytime front desk, is lethargic especially housekeeing. Even with a tip of two to three dollars per day the housekeepers were lax. One time the bathroom floor had not been mopped since I left an item on the floor which remained there on purpose. No hand towels on another occasion, three decaf but no regular coffee pods. Just NOT INTERESTED! Obviously, poor management, terrible morale. What a shame since the location is good with restaurants and shopping.

We've stayed here three time and enjoyed each stay. The front desk staff are the best. Helpful and very pleasant. Breakfast is very good. Grounds are nice and our little dog had no problem find a place to walk. Nearby steak house was excellent.
