This place ROCKS!!!
bmoore5563on 17/08/2017 23:30Every single person we came in contact with, from the lady that worked breakfast to the desk help to housekeeping to the GM went above and beyond the call of duty with friendliness etc. We would never consider staying anywhere else in Ruidoso and we go at least two times a year.
Impolite desk clerk
James Son 14/08/2017 14:45Have the desk clerks understand about treating guests with a smile and better service. The furniture needs to be updated . The cleaning ladiy told the desk clerk the room wasn't ready, but he said it could be used. It was not ready for guests.

Hockeymom020803on 14/08/2017 12:05We had a great relaxing time. Nice Pool, Good breakfast, Excellent staff and Very Clean Facility. We always get the two room suite so the kids can have their privacy...(ha ha) Close to casino's, horse racing and downtown shopping. Must go to Pillows fun track also!!
A good nights stay
gakats09on 10/08/2017 16:31This hotel was somewhat older than the one we stayed at in Eastland, Tx..the bathroom had wear and tear and the bed was not as comfy and I did not like the bed linens or pillows as well... however it was clean enough for our overnight stay. The breakfast was fine.... did not look at any amenities since this was a quick stay. We would stay here again but the fellow on the desk needs a better attitude!! $121.00 senior rate...

James Bon 09/08/2017 18:11We enjoyed this La Quinta. The room was quite large, had a desk and also a small computer stand so my husband and I did not have to compete for computer space! The room was clean, breakfast was top notch and it was easy to get to. I also liked that it was a little out of town so did not have fight traffic to get in and out.
