Outstanding hotel! I recommend this place for anyone who likes a clean, great staff, especially Lisa, go out of their way for you. The rooms are spotless, the hallways are very clean. My husband and I could not find one thing wrong. This is our 6th trip to this hotel.

Not the best! Didnt like the room smell. Too many people hanging around in parking lot.Not pleased with the pool.I also found roaches in the bathroom. Definitely didnt like smelling marijuana in the hall ways.

Great Place to Stay and Pet Friendly

Good location, pet friendly, great staff and clean rooms. Very happy with our stay. We travelled with our 7 lb. Yorkie and it was a great stay. I appreciated the doggie area, equipped with waste bags. Our dog even got a treat at check out (thanks to Lisa at the front desk). It was our first trip with our dog and it was a good trip thanks to the hotel. The Staff was nice and friendly. We had no issues at all during our stay and I would stay here again. It is close to most attractions and is in an area with lots of food and shopping choices. I only have positive things to say about this hotel. The pool was nice too! The breakfast was good but not a whole lot of variety. I understand that and am not complaining, as what was provided was tasty. The blueberry waffles and muffins were especially good. Highly recommended. The hotel is on a busy street but we are not bothered by the noise. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN THERE

It was the 3 time I stay in this specific place, but this time everything look aged and not good. Only 2 things were as I expected: Service and room cleanness. The carpet on the foyer was not clean, the foyers walls have a lot of scratches and look horrible. Even there were a lot of pets, during the night the noise was not from pets. The breakfast space is not enough for the quantity of people that the hotel accommodate. What the hotel offer for breakfast is not attractive enough, the food on the breakfast are boiled eggs, muffins, cereal and a big line to make waffles; REALLY? I prefer to stay in a different hotel without breakfast and go out and buy breakfast out.Although the hotel had some renovations, it was pretty dingy. The girl at check in said they had recently gone smoke free. We obviously got a room that had been a smoking room because it smelled very musty. In fact most of the second floor smelled that way. The room was VERY DIRTY along the walls and corners in the bathroom. You could tell they hadn't been cleaned carefully. I walked into a room that had clearly been smoked in (months before, I was told) and they still hadn't gotten out the smell. The carpet was really roughed up and had a lot of runs in it. And to top it all off, I got little sleep because of loud neighbors. I complained and the lady went up a couple times, but when you have only one person supervising a large hotel that is an impossible task. Management has simply cut too any corners for their own bottom line and the hotel has suffered. If you just want a bargain, you may get lucky with quiet neighbors and a room that hasn't been smoked in. Just don't expect too much. They placed us in a smoking room. I knew as soon as I stepped off the elevator it was going to be bad. The smell got worse as we walked down the hallway (past the designated non-smoking rooms) to where we were assigned. I immediately told front desk that I could NOT stay in a smoking room being allergic and with my 12 year old and older daughter. We did get to another room- it still smelled horrible and my eyes are burning as I type this, but it was at least a little better than the other room. It was the one of the cheaper hotels in the area and I would never stay here again. I would rather pay $50 more a night and have a room that smelled clean, not like an ashtray. I tried to find another room in town but it appears everything is booked for under about $250 this weekend.

I stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned after the first night. Nothing was on the beds to prevent them from being put together. The towels on the floor were left on the floor. The garbage cans were left full. I returned my dirty towels to the front desk to get new towels and new garbage bags and took out my own garbage. The front desk attendant was helpful in resolving the problem, but housekeeping skipped our room. Also, it's not in a great part of town as there was a security guard at the front desk Saturday night. Expensive for mediocre accommodations.
