Pool to hot inside and out

Swimming pool around 80 degrees and that was the indoor pool. All the lady had to say will it is heated. It was 90 plus degrees outside you don't need to heat the pool that hot in the summer. The breakfast was just like all the others

Family Visit - Vacation

Nice Room, bed was a little hard, several pillows but all very small, would have preferred on larger one. Arrived to hotel late, breakfast was only served until 9 so we missed it. Most hotels serve until 10:00 a.m. Loved the large bathroom!!!

The Wifi was no good but the trip was for fun so that did not matter. The people and service was wonderful. It is like my grandchildren and Children said it was the best vacation they have ever had. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and Family

Great place to stay, clean and pet friendly and great service. Close to Dollywood and so many other attractions. Our grandchildren would love to stay longer just to keep playing in the pools! Would love to visit again.

Our stay started off pleasant enough. The first day full day was very good. The breakfast was lovely and hot, the breakfast woman, Ruth, was very friendly to my family. The girl who worked the desk was her daughter and they were kind and helpful when we were asking questions about shopping and dinner. Had our visit stopped there I would have given more stars, but unfortunately it didn't end there.

After a long day of shopping, I returned to the hotel to find our door propped open, where housekeeping went in to clean and left our door open. The room looked okay as far as our stuff was concerned, but the room, which had been propped open to clean...wasn't even clean! We were all the way on the fourth floor and had to walk all the way down to the desk to speak to them, because nobody was answering the front desk phone.

When we reached the front desk nobody was there. I waited and waited for a good 20 minutes. I finally decided to look around for somebody. I finally found a red headed girl (turns out her name was Lily) outside smoking and talking on the phone, I assume it was the front desk phone I had tried to call, to her husband or boyfriend. I kept trying to get her to help me but she kept talking on the phone and ignored me! I ended up waiting another 15 minutes before she finally finished. When she did come back to the desk, she was rude and dismissive because I interrupted her on the phone. She said I had no right to interrupt her when she was talking to her "man."

After a little while, we went down to speak to a manager. A little boy, who didn't look old enough to work there, said he will get the manager. When he went around the corner to speak to the manager, the manager told him (very loudly) to, "get rid of us."
The little boy came back and said the assistant manager was busy with a call and we will have to speak to the GM the next morning when he came in.

We tried checking with the GM the morning and he apparently never came in. Our issues were never resolved, and we never got to speak to a manager. Everytime we would go to the desk the manager was "busy" and we were told to come back later. We have called multiple times since checking out and the managers are still "busy."

I have never seen such lack of professionalism from a group of people in my life! We will NEVER stay here again, and we will let our friends who stay here often know about our experience.
