F8881BCmichelleron 16/08/2017 22:56The staff is awesome! This is one location on I35 that has not been updated, therefore very affordable but with the same quality you can expect from LaQuinta. Alex and Maria at the front desk are very nice and have even learned my name due to a recurring business visit I have in the area.
Great personnel, not great room
T3944PGjohnwon 04/08/2017 16:05Room was hot and would not cool down. Desk clerk brought a fan which was very nice of him. Found live roaches in bathroom. I do commend the personnel for trying to do the best they could. They did comp my room so I do appreciate that. I wish I had thought to read reviews before booking. There are plenty of LQ in Austin I could have chosen. I will add also that we are part of their Elite group so we are not unfamiliar with LaQuintas and what we expect from them.

nathansP63UBon 19/07/2017 11:42Very clean and staff was very Friendly, they have a nice continental breakfast, the hotel in a good location Very close to downtown and close to all the restaurants, not bad for a weekend getaway or whole weeks vactation

Carlos Oon 18/07/2017 03:16At first, I felt it was far from were I was to be, but after looking at the map, was only 5 miles apart. I myself, I'm disable, there were not enough HANDICAP parking. And the ones available were far from stairs. Only one ice machine working. Elevator in the front, my room was in the back.

Noe Mon 16/07/2017 19:10Great location and very friendly staff. Room cleanliness was a problem. Dust and dirt could be seen throughout the room. Easy to make reservations. Close to everything in SoCo area of Austin. Might stay again?
