They made us wait at 1:30am
Judy Con 16/07/2017 12:45We were scheduled for late arrival when I booked, and I called that evening to remind them. When we arrived at 1:30am they couldn't check us in because they were in the middle of audit. The front desk clerk said she had tried to call us to let us know that but she chose to call our home number. Not the mobile number- which they had. After 20 minutes then she could check us in. The room was awful- very low quality, sketchy neighborhood, door opens directly to the outside, people hanging around smoking, no elevator so you lug your luggage up stairs. La quintas in texas are great - not this one!

joset220on 12/07/2017 18:08Thank Yall for everything it was great after a long trip home.also the location of the hotel were great and it was great.The room was very clean and quite the breakfast was great as well.I used yall hotels about five times a year for my soccer teams.
Single night suite
codyw310on 12/07/2017 17:16Happily surprised on how nice everything was, exceeded our expectations! Traveled with pets and had no issues. Great service and clean rooms, plus wonderful breakfast accommodations. We would definitely stay here again.
Old and Dirty
SASAJA Ton 09/07/2017 20:40The La Quinta was not up to La Quinta standards The floor was dirty, the walls were stained, The staff was pleasant but the building needs a major investment. The breakfast was the normal La Quinta breakfast.
Too many issues with the room.
5cindigon 06/07/2017 15:13The staff was great! Allowing my chihuahua for no cost was great! The room, not so much. There was no shampoo, conditioner and only one soap. We had to move rooms because the first a/c wasn't blowing very cool. The cups for drinks at breakfast were very small and they ran out of creamer-totally out of any kind. They did have milk tho. There was no microwave or refrigerator either. It was a place to sleep and that was the extent of it facilitating us. The towels were great. The bed, linens and pillows were great. Room wasn't very clean, mostly the carpet. The bathroom was large and the chairs not very comfy. The area seemed safe and I didn't worry about my car. I used a discount and still feel like I paid to much.
