The process to fill in the rooms online were a little confused, but once there, the staff help us to complete the application. The breakfast was splendid in quality and quantity, and the person in charge was very accommodate. Unfortunately, the beds were too, too soft.

483shawnwon 03/07/2017 09:59We stayed two nights on our way to Maine and The Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Not to far From Boston where we did a lot of things. I did not see many eating places around the Hotel but like I said you are not to far from Boston
Great spot to crash close to Gillette Stadium
starla729on 27/06/2017 02:59I just saw a show at Gillette Stadium and wanted an affordable place to stay for one night after the show/ La Quinta provided just that. It's about 20 minutes from Gillette. That was the biggest perk for me The room was clean and basic - no frills. This was exactly what I needed. A clean bed to sleep in and a clean bathroom. The rooms were moderately sized, not that I needed extra space with the amount of time I was spending there but I didn't feel cramped either. The hotel is also located right off the highway so little additional driving required to get there, which was a big plus to me. I recommend if you are passing through the area and need a place to stay.
Mixed bag here, really...
cacsmomon 25/06/2017 17:06First off, we (totally unknowingly) happened to be in Boston while 2 major concerts were going on. (Luke Bryan and U2!) Hotels were off the charts expensive. I assume Boston anytime of the year is pricey, summer very much so and during Patriot games off-the-charts...!
However, we were able to charter our way and find (with the assistance of some points -it always pays to be a member of a loyalty program) an awesome night stay.
This La Quinta was truly perfect for us. Right time, right place, and truly genuine and helpful staff. Both at the 1-800 call center and better in person.
Stephanie at the front desk was really great, friendly and a can-do gal all-around. There were a few minor blips at the hotel, (1st room was super smoky; smoking/drinking group partying in front of hotel...) but she really took it in stride without letting us know that these things disturbed her also, and it was just done. Rare to fine this kind of person. (If La Quinta is smart...they need to take care of this girl big time. And if there's a business owner out -there hire her asap! She is positive friendly etc... all around the best! Truly!) She also passed along a few things that needed to be taken care of to her night time replacement (Renee) who was friendly and positive as well, and took care of things the partying group had left behind. Not considerably customer or very dog-friendly(chicken bones and pizza crusts), or welcoming. All taken care of. Quickly and quietly! Awesome job girls!
Other than these minor/potentially major issues, it was handled well and our stay was pretty quiet and relaxed.

La Quinta has really outdone themselves with their hiring abilities...now, they really HAVE to work on their terrible breakfasts. For that, go elsewhere (for breakfast) until they figure that disaster out.
