waynebT7631SWon 05/07/2017 17:16the staff was polite, courteous and helpful. the room was clean an roomie. The door to the toilet wouldn't close all the way but no biggie. The breakfast was limited to carbs and my wife is gluten sensitive and the cereal I had was a little on the stale side so we went next door to Cracker Barrel for breakfast.
RUN AWAY, TOTAL SHAM
travelerZ7030QHon 22/06/2017 05:01run run run run run run run away. first thing they should advertise on the hotel website and the hotel is located next to a major train hub. horrible. 3 am 4 am 5 am its a party for train horns. it will not matter where the rooms are located you will hear it as you were standing next to the trains. now the hotel offers free ear plugs :)))))))))))). really. rooms are 100 smoker rooms. they converted smoker rooms into non smoker rooms but they just ran the air non stop thinking that it will smell clean :(. so if you want to get sick and second hand smoking it is the perfect place. i cant believe that someone didn't bankrupt la quinta chain hotel for all the false advertising. Breakfast is very very basic so not what they advertise on the web site. If you are just passing dont choose that hotel. Rooms are filthy too. OMG

RALPH55416on 21/06/2017 16:35We stayed here for 2 nights. Our son & family also stayed in a room next door. The rooms worked well for us. The pool was nice and clean and the kids enjoyed that. We had 2 double beds and 1 sagged a bit, but we still both slept in it, so it wasn't all that bad. Everything worked well and the front desk people were absolutely wonderful

Russell Ton 20/06/2017 13:45Nice hotel, has all the basic requirements. Pool good for kids. Staff was nice and friendly. Very basic breakfast. Fast Wi-Fi. No problems during our four nights stay. Excellent location for getting around Nashville. This is an older Mexican Hacienda architecture style hotel, which I prefer, not a newer big box hotel.

Janelle Bon 17/06/2017 03:33The woman that checked us in greeted us with a smile and was very polite. However, the FIRST room we were given seemed nice and clean at first. Until we kept finding things wrong... The light next to the beds didn't work. The toilet wouldn't flush, and the room (especially the bathroom) STUNK. A gross musky smell. And the toilet looked like it wasn't cleaned well... And there was a gross T-shirt behind the bathroom door. We went back down to the woman that checked us in and told her about the toilet and she happily assigned us a different room. Once we were in the second room the toilet and light worked which was good. But it still stunk! And the TV channels weren't working, but we messed with the cord on the back and got them to work. The signal must have been bad because the cord is old or something. Thank goodness my boyfriend is a handyman. A card was left from the woman who cleaned the room. And on the card it says "I happily cleaned this room for you from top to bottom". That's a load of bull. The mirror has kid handprints all over it. There was a wet stain on the floor, the beds have stains, and the bathroom looked crappily cleaned. I'm normally not the type to complain and I'm easily satisfied. But I would not recommend this LA Quinta to anyone. It was horrible.
