If I could give this place a zero I would! So many things wrong with it! First lets start with the room. We got 2 keys for it and only one worked. Also both didn't work on one of the access doors. We could hardly open and close our door due to the carper being torn and the door getting stuck on it. The carpet in our room was wet and the floor had spots that dipped down like we would fall through. There were burns on our sheets and blankets, as well as ash in the drawers. The remote was broken and there were no towels or soaps in the room. There was hair in the bath tub and something smeared across the mirror. The whole place literally stinks of weed and stale cigarettes, which makes sense when you encounter the people who clearly live there. Its a bunch of chain smokers with dogs. These residents are very discomforting. When at the pool with my child some men kept trying to speak to her, as well as me. Asking uncomfortable questions of my child and myself. They had a extension cord coming out of one room to the pool area which obviously is a huge safety hazard. All of this caused us to leave the pool area and stay in our disgusting room. They were partying and eventually took the party to the court yard, making it uncomfortable to go to the lobby. There were people lingering in their cars in the parking lot and i seriously was concerned about the safety of my child and myself. I would never recommend this place nor ever come back. If you happen to be unfortunate enough to end up here and have small children keep them close. It is not safe or sanitary.

Stayed for 2 nights and was impressed, after seeing a review or two I was skeptical but... The motel is straight up decent. It used to be a full service hotel. The Motel 6 company is lucky to have this place. It's gorgeous. The front desk staff has the Arcadia comfort we all like. Manager runs around and is hardcore into the place. I could not remember all those people. He makes it look easy. I wish they had more choice for snacks and pop. It's a hike to the pop machine. It was closer to store next door then to the pop machine lol. Overall, the place is great, I think the people here go way above what motel 6 normally does. I'll be back for spring training see you all then.

Rooms are decent. Total scam on price quotes, no internet at all, smokers in lobby everywhere, in a ghetto neighborhood. This place is gross outside. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Run Run Run

While visiting with parents for the summer I have found this property to be a great bargain, for both quality and professional staff that truly do their best to insure a good stay. Upon first arrival Operations Manager of the place, David and Josh were very welcoming and forthright with what the property offered. They explained amenities, pet friendly policy, local geographical area and price.The best experience thus far, has been the more than exceptional customer service provided by the young man Kurt who appears to work with guests regularly and is an asset for retention without a doubt. Sometimes guest service does in fact make or break the deal. Currently they've been consistent and on point with making the deal! We are enjoying the place and while there are other options, so far we think this is the best one.

This motel is a combination Studio 6 and Motel 6, which led to confusion when checking in as they were on two different systems. A lot of low lifes were in the parking lot, and there were people who were obviously living there. The pool was beautiful, but not aerated, so it was like swimming in bath water. Find somewhere else.
