loidae909on 17/08/2017 20:40Location was great you can take the train and go everywhere but the food was gross and the room was noisy, the staff are very noisy I can hear them to my room chatting and the front seat don't answer the phone calls, you need to call and call for them to pick up the phone.
Horrible expericence...
coolgoose54on 14/08/2017 01:55Staff members are so rude and service is so bad ....please don't stay at this place.....staff is horrible and no courtesy at all, specially the front desk people, they are most horrible and rude people I have ever seen. They promised us third-party credit card charge when we booked online, and the guests were forced to submit their credit card as well. And on top of that, both the credit cards were charged, no rule in accounting.

When we called to correct this problem they talked so badly and rudely....I have never met such rude people in life...Will never recommend this pathetic place to stay to anyone.
Under expectation
76joanon 09/08/2017 00:00No free parking. We were told to park under the bridge opposite the hotel - as the parking is first come first served - since we arrived very early and parnking was not available it is simply not existing/
The surranding is not safe.
Customer service is just horrible - not answering your phone or emails (I needed receipt after my stay and unsucesfully to contact with them for a couple of days).
Overall - bad experience and very pricy for such a low quality service.
Good location but old
homafanon 06/08/2017 04:02Staff was alright but the hotel is old and carpet was smelly in our room. We told to them but the hotel was fully booked and they just sprayed aerosol. Location was close to subway station and there are some great restaurants nearby and free parking was great. Breakfast was nothing great, the usual: bagels, toast, and pastry. I would stay here again if they renovate but not in its current condition.
