A Memorable Brunch!
Daniel Mon 17/08/2017 18:25We were not staying at the hotel or at the pool. Just came for a long, leisurely, fabulous brunch on the terrace to celebrate graduation for our three girls. Food and wine was great, service exceptional, the sunny afternoon was wonderful. A great celebration to a successful scolastic year.

The concierge, Vincent S. went out of his way to help us arrange a trip to the Alps with a once in a lifetime gourmet lunch at Chalet de Phillipe. Every aspect of the trip was perfect! We didn't want to leave the Spa, the Lake Geneva boat rides and the most friendly and welcoming staff. Top 3 Spas globally!
Great Experience
wrfethon 03/08/2017 19:51This is the second time that we have flown to Geneva and stayed a full week at La Reserve. This time, like the last, we were treated wonderfully and our experience exceeded our expectations. The food is magnificent, and the service superb. The staff was truly engaged with us and we got to know a number of them on a first name basis. The Concierge staff was particularly knowledgeable and particularly helpful. We are looking forward to our next visit at La Reserve.

I write you these because the hotel have many outside guest who is important than the guest who stay in the hotel.these hotel more for outside people so they don't respect the guest who stay in the hotel. You will pay hudge money and no good service and the outside people drive you.The hotel forgotten to say for the hotel guests is many outside people use the swimmingpool and make it their rule.I think this is not a hotel this is the pool for local people who like fighting with the guest to show that they have power there..
