Simple hotel with great view
Peter Kon 10/03/2017 23:46Nice ambient in the hillside. Maintained surface. The rooms are simple. Very nice outlook to the sea and to St. Lucia. Unfortunately the sea practically can't reach so use only the pool. In pool is a approximately large slide - good for children. Breakfast is simple but OK. Free wireless internet only in restaurant area. Unfortunately the bar is closes at 9pm.
Very nice 3 star property
Russoturisto1on 07/03/2017 03:08Rooms are clean and comfortable. Outside kitchen at the balcony . All essentials present, but ceiling fan on the balcony would be a big plus. Property is small located on the hill with great views. Pool is clean and big. No beach on property but several in a short drive. Must have a car to enjoy the nearby locations.
Wonderful view but poor standard
Jgjnkon 19/01/2017 09:38We spent two nights with my family before a sailing cruise from Le Marin. The reception tries their best to handle visitors not speaking French, but unfortunately, the service level is below par in all areas of the hotel. Most guests seem to cook their food in the room pentry which may explain that pizza is the only thing they serve in the restaurant. Nice pool wth a waterslide overlooking the Diamant island and a tennis court that have seen better days. Would not recommend longer stays in this hotel.
Not as great at it looks
jarednilson 05/01/2017 22:08I arrived at night and it would have been impossible to find if I didn't have a smart phone. It is not near the beach so the pool is the center. The bar closes at 9pm so there isn't much to do because you are far and isolated from everything else. Good if you have a car and are spending most of your time exploring.
A great value, perfect for families that can't afford Club Med :-)
florence gon 02/01/2017 23:53First, let's be clear that this hotel is NOT the Club Med. The rooms are simple but clean, they are smallish but all have an awesome view on the ocean. The balcony kitchenette is a wonderful way to prepare yourself a simple meal to enjoy looking out to the sea. There is a microwave, fridge, and electric stove.
Service is friendly, just don't expect fancy ammenities. The staff members are helpful. The pool is fantastic, it has a slide that most kids will be crazy about, it's also very large, so it never feels crowded. Breakfasts are pricey, at 14 euros/person (8.50 for kids), hence the benefits of the balcony kitchenette. Dinner options are... weird? There is a take-out service starting at 7PM (too late for us with little kids), but no sit-down options. All in all, we had a great 9 night-stay, at a great price.
WIFI only in the lobby, which, in the end, allows you to not be on your phone all day long, and that's a plus.
