Great Location, Adorable Rooms!
erin464on 17/05/2017 19:41We stayed in the Leonardo Room (the yellow one at the front) and absolutely loved it. The view of the Duomo is gorgeous - it is RIGHT there in front of you! The room itself is very spacious and felt very grand, with its double doors, tile floor, stone fireplace, and incredibly tall wood beamed ceiling. The bed was comfortable, with a warm duvet (which seems to be a rare find in hotels these days). We only tried breakfast one morning, and found it to be adequate, though nothing special - just yogurt, toast, pastries, and coffee/juice. It was fun being able to make our selections the night before and wheel it into our room the next morning on a cart though! The location is perfect for all the tourist sites in Florence - from here it is an easy walk to everything, including the train station. We also appreciated the staff allowing us to leave our bags after check-out, since we weren't departing until later that day. I would definitely stay here again!
Close to the Duomo, but that's it.

Place was decent and the breakfast OK. There was a yippy dog morning and night.

rhiann0nleighon 09/03/2017 15:22First of all, the location is FANTASTIC- literally 10 steps away from the Duomo. The people at the front desk were extremely accommodating (our flight to Florence was 6 hours late and they stayed there to let us check in late- around 11:30pm). They serve breakfast in bed every morning- delicious croissants and fresh-pressed grapefruit juice. The room was extremely large and quiet. Wifi was not great but it did not really bother me. Great stay and would stay again.
Incredible location in Florence
Sandra Won 25/11/2016 18:42We have been to Florence 3 times and this was by far and away the best location and best value hotel we have stayed in. Situated between the Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio you cannot go wrong. The staff was extremely helpful, even helping us carry our luggage up the stairs. The rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was served in our rooms, which was a nice break from the usual. My only suggestion would be to add eggs or cheese or meats to the breakfast as it was very carb-heavy. There was a kettle and fridge which was nice.

cmlibby2015on 08/11/2016 17:03This was definitely one of my favorite stays in Italy. The place is so charming. The room was very large. Had a kettle and small fridge. Lovely bath with deep jetted tub. Two very large windows with views of the Duomo. Very close to everything!!! Wonderful breakfast brought to your room every morning. Perfect!!
