Overnight stop
MDGrandma_4on 26/07/2017 21:37Quiet small hotel, very attractive building run by a friendly proprietor. Clean, comfortable bed. No elevator and challenging if you have a problem with stairs. There is breakfast (not included) but we didn't stay for it.
Romantic rooms
Stanislaw Romek Bon 26/06/2017 18:02The rooms where like in the photo's even better. Had everything for us except for a evening meal as we arrived at around 19:00 on a Sunday. Had to find a restaurant in Bayonne. Breakfast was very good although no hot food only eggs where warm. On the whole we loved it.
Lovely and oeaceful
Michael Won 09/05/2017 08:28This hotel that is in what was likely a large private home in the past, provided us with 4 wonderful nights in Bayonne. It is about a 30 minute walk to petite Bayonne, though all uphill on the way home. You can also take a very short drive to the edge of the old town where there is easy and cheap parking.
The rooms are very comfortable and clean. If you want a larger room with a bath and a shower, choose the first floor. Smaller but still plenty big rooms with s shower only are on the 2nd floor. These are exceptionally quiet and have nice balconies.
The woman and her daughter who run the hotel could not have been nicer. Nothing was too much trouble.
Lovely hotel on the outskirts of Bayonne
Averil Bon 22/01/2017 13:48The person in charge of La Villa was most welcoming and helpful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and spacious and very well appointed. The decor was elegant and tasteful. Not far out of Bayonne in a quiet situation. We stayed on a very cold winter's night but I can imagine that it would be lovely in the summer with pretty terraces to sit on. Very comfortable bed.

I will be back.
The hotel is relatively close to the motorway - while at the same time being in a quiet area.
Spacious and well - and recently- decorated rooms with a bit of style.
Very welcoming and helpful staff. I asked for a glass of wine - it was presented with a nice portion of Bayonne ham!
No complaints.
