Great Hotel
Doriedogon 16/06/2017 05:39We stayed in this wonderful hotel one night but will definitely return and recommend to other travelers. The rooms are unique and very clean. Breakfast was outstanding and the service was excellent. The hotel arranged transport from the airport and then to our river boat the next day. There is a Michelen rated restaurant located inside the hotel with a charming little bar and there is outside seating as well.

The bed is also very comfortable. Never had one like this in a hotel before.
We just stayed for a short night so thats all we can say
Customer Consideration Would Be a Plus
vintage40son 12/06/2017 02:12My 3 star rating was for customer "care," not the hotel itself. I realized after reserving the room (at NOON) the day before we were to arrive that we should have booked a hotel closer to where we were visiting. My daughter is expecting and was not feeling well at all and was not up to the stress of walking extra distances, back and forth, in the heat to bus stops, not having a room nearby to rest, etc. I called at 6:30 p.m. of the same day (day before we were to arrive) to request a refund so we could find a closer location (we were traveling and didn't have an internet access to call sooner). The mgr was firm in refusal to help bec of a 6 p.m.cancellation deadline (which was not posted on the site we'd seen - it said, "Free Cancellation" ). He did offer to refund Half, which was not something we could afford and still have to pay ANOTHER hotel to sleep. Seems that sometimes kindness and being accommodating might be more important than holding on to a dollar. Moreover, Villa K needs to learn and post directions to their own hotel. Their ad says, "[from the train station] Take a bus to the hotel," and doesn't even say which stop! Not pleasant at all for anyone from out of town /country who doesn't speak the language). We called them and they didn't even Know how to tell us to get there. We had to just ride around the city guessing at where to go and ended up walking a long long way, which was very hard on my daughter (by the way, it's something like Rue Ferrette). I can appreciate that a hotel has rules, but sometimes unexpected extenuating circumstances could rate a kinder consideration for the guest. Other than that, the hotel was nice and very comfortable (Once we found it) and we really appreciated the airport shuttle. We didn't eat breakfast, so can't speak for that.

emmanuellec917on 26/04/2017 02:18The breakfast is very good and the staff is excellent. The accesses to the bedrooms are not good, specially for those who have kids. Worse to those with babies. The elevator doesn't go to the last floor so we must "climb".with a baby is not very practice!
