Stunning location, right on the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Clean spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Well managed and a pleasure to stay here. Wonderful views and an excellent choice for a holiday on Formentera. Will happily return!

Lovely spot

We stayed in the sperate villas which are private and closer to the beach, the villas are lovely n clean with kitchens and air conditioning. The beach is lovely but rocky in most places,and there is an ok bar on the beach,it is close to town and good restaurants and shops.

Relax hotel in Formentera

I have been in Lago Playa for a few days in August. The hotel is located perfectly just a few minutes from the Formentera Port and next to the famous Ses Illetes beach and Playa de Llevant. The room size is quite good and well-organized with nice food and staff, also you can refresh yourself in an outdoor pool and a jacuzzi.

Lovely Hotel, clean good sized room, friendly staff, resturant very good, Perfect position for the best beaches on the Island, bus stop, small supermarket and lovely beach resturant/bar.
Perfect for a quiet relaxing couples holiday, no nightlife or entertainment which suited us fine. Bus service simple and easy to travel around Island , bus stop a 3 min walk from Hotel. Did hire a car for 3 days which is the only way to access some beaches.
Pool area clean and relaxing. Bar snacks available all day. Hotel resturant meals can be bought on day if not included at 19 euros each which includes soup, salads, choice of mains, deserts and drinks, fantas, wine and beer which was excellent.

Me and me boyfriend stayed here for a week. To welcome us and to celebrate our anniversary a bottle of champagne waited for us in the bungalow we rented.

Customer service was impeccable, our door did not close properly when we arrived but Mario, the maintenance manager sorted it out in a minute. Everyone was great.

All in all, you have to take into account that it is a one star hotel. If your plan is to stay all day long in a resort, this is not your place as the amenities are limited to swimming pool and a bar. If what you want is a good hotel with great access to a GORGEOUS beach and to be wondering around the island all day- then this is it.
