Reasonable accommodation, terrible location

This Résidence is badged by the operator, Lagrange, as being in their mid-range 'Comfort' range, which is rather under playing the quality of the accommodation. The apartments are well furnished and equipped, they and the building generally were clean and the staff helpful. Private parking, albeit at an extra cost was very useful in peak season.

However, the building is horrendously sited next to Biscarrosse's principal night club which is open from midnight to 7.00 am every night during the high season, and Friday / Saturday and Saturday / Sunday nights during the winter. The beat of the music carries through the whole building and sleep is very difficult at night.

If you are a wind surfing 'clubber' then this Résidence is perfect, for all others it is a disaster. If you haven't booked yet, then don't. If you are considering then look elsewhere.
