Was living in this hotel 3 mounth, really nice big rooms, staff is outstanding and the hotel is located really good. can recommend this hotel for work and holiday.

it takes 5 min. by walk and you are downtown. where you have access to averything.

Well a really big thank you to the Hotel Laguna for a nice stay in Magnitogorsk, the hotel is very modern (I think the building was taken over from MMK) large and utterly spotless. The rooms are massive and have balconies, the air conditioning good, and the windows double-glased (modern high quality) keeping the room quiet and cool, the internet connection (wifi included in the price) works well and is fast (important for me as I was on business). Inside the hotel complex is as swimming pool and water amusement park, which looked great (but I didn't have time to use it), it appears to be very popular with the local people. I agree with the previous reviewer the bed is a bit on the small side, but mine was comfortable, the shower head in the large and comfortable bathroom needed replacing, and the breakfast wasn't anything special, but was adequate. The restaurant is open nearly 24x7 (great), and their is a sushi restaurant in the same block as well with excellent prices and food. Its well placed to take a Taxi to Asia (the river is seen locally as the boundary between Asia and Europe), if you are working in the steel factory in the morning for very reasonable fares. (maybe 150 rubles) - Or into town (200 rubles) Altogether a very good hotel with nice staff, some of whom (on the reception desk) speak really excellent English.

I will definitely use this hotel again. Recommended.
