Q6659QTjasonton 03/06/2017 07:56Room type and space is ok, but live and play here without holiday is the most important thing. Too many parents and kids stayed in the playground and pool. So public health is a big issue. Breakfast is ok, but in the restaurant, the fan was very strong the temp was low.

Online order package, but personal information leaked, the hotel said that is the problem of outsourcing vendor, the announcement by SMS, there is no notice from phone call, only confirmed with the hotel by self, very un-professional
Past its prime, not the best one for a business stay

Quiet location. Away from the city. Polite and accommodating staff.
Decent breakfast.
Near the lake.
Laundry service is good
Cons:
It is too far from the places of interest and is not suitable for a business trip. I would recommend Lakeshore at Minsheng road for business.
The central air conditioning system only cools and made the room 10 degrees colder than the outside. setting it on heater doesnt help.
The room small but could have been structured better to optimize space.
The room does feel dated and could do a renovation.
Quaint place in the city
kytnatalieon 17/12/2016 14:32The entire hotel's structure resembles a castle, and the room was well equipped with amenities required for an overnight stay. The room orientation was the most different as the writing desk was right beside the door, the closets facing each other in the pathway that led to the seating area and beds, which were located further in the room. The ambience was quaint and homely, and made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread was quite wide, and the staff were also very attentive. Their hotel was fully booked for the previous night, and they anticipated a large crowd at breakfast time, so they quickly opened up the banquet hall space in the basement to cater to other guests. Well done to the staff at Lakeshore Hotel!

dvdsinmk071161on 06/07/2016 15:43The hotel is situated near a lake at the outskirt of the city. I always stay in this hotel for my business trip in Hsinchu. The room was quite spacious with free wifi. I enjoyed having my breakfast at the Monet's Garden. The gym was huge. They have an indoor swimming pool too. I am awed by the friendliness of the staff at the reception, concierge and the restaurant. The hotel also provide free shuttle to a few nearby locations..Looking forward to my next visit.
