NorthernLights Pon 31/05/2017 21:28Stuck here for a few days after our road home washed out in 9 different areas highway 280/Gravel road. The Hotel we stayed at many times throughout the year, which I can say the hotel is quiet, you do get a decent sleep, I like easy access on the main floor through the sliding doors, pet friendly which is great if travelling with your family pets.
It's a hotel not home
wandab984on 27/04/2017 15:32The room was good. Wifi was terrible in the room. There was not enough outlets for a family to charge their devices. Each person in the room had to haver their own pass code to log into the wifi and then update it each morning. Then if you could connect it was so slow.

shelleyrowseon 29/03/2017 02:46I recently stayed at this hotel for roughly 2 & 1/2 weeks. It was during a blizzard that closed down Thompson, including all roadways. The GM and staff stayed throughout the day and slept at the hotel at night to ensure the comfort of their guests. Bravo to your dedication!
Breakfast was a great bonus offering healthy choices of boiled eggs, yogurt and oatmeal. Also treats of waffles, bacon and muffins for when you didn't feel like being healthy :)
Rooms were cleaned well and overall appearance of the hotel was well maintained.
The highlight of this hotel is absolutely the friendliness and genuine caring of the hotel staff, from General Manager to line staff. All were pleasant and accommodating to my requests. A special thank you to Kelsey at the front desk, whom always seemed to balance professionalism while managing to convey her kind and friendly attention.
Would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Thompson and hope to get another opportunity to visit again.

C1837NBjordanson 15/02/2017 13:28Enjoyed my stay, will definitely be back! Front desk was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfy, location was excellent. Not a lot of options for breakfast, very basic with toast and cereal but still ok!

Z9020SOmonicason 10/02/2017 15:19Our stay was enjoyable however, the rooms were much too warm upon arrival and the breakfast options could have been much better and what was there was not always replenished. The beds are wonderfully comfortable.
