Joelle Lon 12/05/2017 17:28We had the pleasure of staying at the lake view inn and suites during our trip through Canada. The hotel was amazing. The beds were so comfortable. They had real scrambled eggs in their breakfast buffet. They even had a prize box for kids. Very clean and friendly.
Room for improvement
kcallahan1910on 08/03/2017 06:20I travel to Fort Nelson for work. Lakeview is always the hotel our company uses. The hotel itself is clean and quiet along with the rooms. However, I do not find the front desk staff friendly or helpful. The customer service is seriously lacking, unfriendly and unwilling to help. I felt like I was annoying the GSA while asking a question. This happened on more than one occasion. I am disappointed this is the service I received when the majority of reviews were good online.
Quiet nights stay
shaunweberon 15/12/2016 13:34As business traveler I appreciate a quiet nights sleep which I got no problem. Free internet and breakfast. Microwave and fridge if you are on a budget. Laundry room, business center, and decent fitness room.
Good place to stay
Don Lon 03/12/2016 21:57Big room, comfortable bed, but the pillows were too thick (a choice would have been nice). Some noise from room above. We took advantage of the free DVD movies available at the front desk. Breakfast was great with both eggs and sausages. Boston Pizza next door was quite good.
Just fine no pwd for wifi
50SHon 18/11/2016 02:05Totally fine. Dog was welcome. No pwd on wifi made me nervous. Boston pizza next door turned out to be better than we expected. Wish trip advisor gave details of pet fees and pwd protected wifi. It matters.
