People are friendly in Edson

The family and I went to Edson for a last minute business trip. We went to two other hotels, before deciding that the Lakeview was were we wanted to spend the night. The price was good, and the hotel itself was extremely clean. It is a quiet hotel on the western edge of town. I would stay again. The breakfast was not really anything to brag about. The beds were very comfortable, however the pillows were not. I think I will bring my own pillow next time.

We came from Armstrong and didn't get in till 8pm. Were hungry but not into a big meal due to the late hour. The Lakeview provides soup with buns and crackers till about 8:30 every night. That night was potato soup, and it was very good, it made the perfect meal, so the next day (as we stayed two nights) we had lunch about 2pm, then soup and buns there about 7:30p which was vegetable beef or Italian wedding and again delicious. Juice, milk, coffee, or tea anytime. Their breakfast was also good. They are pet friendly, the rooms were clean, and we had an enjoyable stay. We would stay there again.

Hotel room was as expected. Honestly could have been cleaner, but nothing nasty, just cleaned in a hurry (toothpaste still in the sink, mud on the floor boards, but bedding, towels, etc were super clean which is most important!) Staff was very friendly and helpful, always cheerful. Hotel was very quiet over night, but its a working person's town, so the traffic through the halls started early on in the day. Overall pleased with my stay, though the breakfast isn't anything to write home about :)

staff friendly the bathroom was on the small size.the room was clean and the area and hotel were quiet. continental was a basic type cereal muffins . though this lakeview was not as nice as others we have stated in. aint complainin the room rate was 1/3 off the lowest published price and nocharge for the dog

Look no further.

It's tricky to find a gem when you're in a different town each night, but this was a great choice. Friendly, pleasant and helpful staff at reception, spacious and attractive breakfast and sitting area, very clean, tastefully decorated rooms. Complimentary breakfast - with protein choices. Very reasonable rates.
