Ketans2911on 14/07/2017 06:13The facilities are not maintained. Lift (outdated) isn't working properly. My 78 year old mom had to climb the 2 floors practically for most of the time. Geyser wasn't working. We had to ask the manager to switch on the DG when the mains were off.
Good budget hotel
Viralbshahon 15/06/2017 12:37we went to lonavala for leisure and this resort was very good. It is located nearby market area and auto person will take approx 50 rupee to reach.
It has a view of lonavala lake but when we went there it was dried up so no complaints.
The front desk as well as room service staff is really helpful. If you have any query, they will provide solution easily.
Room was spacious and clean. Food is also value for money with good quality.
I think hotel just needs bit of renovation . everything else was good.

crnb3102on 27/05/2017 04:26V visited this resort recently.It is very comfortable for family members n good in service.Reception,room service, complimentary breakfast,room amenities with power backup n car parking are nice.There is a small garden for selfie lovers n indoor games for sport lovers.
TERRIBLE hotel & disgusting & greedy Manager

Was very disappointed to see the hotel rooms.
Price of d rooms shown online was very less as compared to what the manager was asking us to pay.." Laalchi" manager
( the manager who was in the night shift)
He was arrogant rude ill mannared..
When we asked him for an extra bed,, he told us to get the mattress by ourselves.. as the other staff were busy.

pratik kon 30/04/2017 17:08Pathetic service n especially the manager in the night shift was very rude, arrogant and ill mannered .Never suggest anyone to stay in dis horrible hotel , & dey r fooling people in d name of resort .
