Staff were accommodating but it took me an hour to get my room. Not sure what is their reason but I got there few minutes before check-in time, which is 2pm. I got a Junior Suite room, but I'm surprised that they don't have a cookware. Yes they do have stove, glasswares and silverwares but I can't find any cookware. There is no electric kettle as well. I'm surprised also that they don't have a toothbrush, I thought this is one of the necessities in a hotel. Good thing I brought my own, but my friend didn't bring any. Pillows we have in our room are not fluffy. Since I forgot to bring slippers and they don't have bedroom slippers, I walked barefoot in the room and I'm shocked that the floor is very dusty. I tried running my finger on the floor and I got a pretty amount of dust. Not sure if the building is being renovated coz I saw ropes outside our window and so far the window is pretty dirty. Seems like they haven't cleaned their window from the time they first operate. Wall paint in our room is cracking already. Will I comeback? Maybe!

Staycation

This is a place that works if you're in a budget. The room was clean and the staff were all courteous and professional. The amenities are just fine for the rates they charge their guest. I will stay again in this hotel for our next family bonding.

Day workshop in a run-down hotel

Our group booked this place for a day workshop.
Breakfast was served late and consisted of noodles soup. Lunch was served on time and even though the dishes were limited, the fish fillet with lemon butter sauce was good. I observed that most of the dishes like soup, veggies, noodles had cabbage. Maybe it was also due to the package selected by the organizers but one can only have so much cabbage on a single day. The soup for lunch seemed to be related to the noodle soup for breakfast. The airconditioning units are new but somehow fail to cool the function room. It was already lunchtime by the time we quit using our fans. The restrooms are old but functional and clean. Toilet paper and hand soap were readily available. However, the doors were chipped in so many places. Same goes with the walls of the function room. They didn't even bother to paint them in one color. There were also some delays with the audio-visual equipment although the staff assigned to us was able to provide an HDMI cable eventually. Pickup and dropoff was another inconvenience. The entrance to the hotel is at the side and it was very difficult to go out the same way you entered. There was hardly any space to make a turn and not collide with the parked vehicles. Going out to Shaw Blvd has difficult because there was no one managing the flow of traffic to and from the hotel. The guard on duty couldn't care less and did not even bother to assist. This hotel needs a major overhaul.
The wifi worked only if you're in the lobby. If there is one thing commendable at this hotel, it would be the guard at the hotel lobby who went out of his way to assist a guest in booking a ride through an online app.

Rooms are old and rickety, beds, cabinets and tables need paint and carpentry, overall place doesn't look so clean. Hot shower in our room was busted, even towels are old. This place needs an overhaul. Staff were amazing though, they deserve to work in a better place! I just expected more for the rate we paid.

got checked in last month and got dissapointed with the breakfast.scramble egg,pansit and a cold rice, wasted our 600 for this food, if u checked in on this hotel better eat at the restaurants,fastfood beside the hotel.
