Not worth the money + impudent booking staff
Nabarun Don 26/05/2017 11:56First of all, it is overpriced for what it is. It is far (~40 min drive) from the entrance of the national park compared to other places.
Rooms were OK, but not up to the mark for what they cost.
Lastly, I made my booking from their hotel in Guwahati. The lady initially wanted me to pay 100% advance but later agreed with 50%. She then started called me the later the same day sort of 'warning' me to behave during our stay at the hotel (saying something like 'please make sure nothing inappropriate happens during your stay etc..') which was really weird, not to say a little insulting. I have lived in several hotels across India and around the world and it is the first time someone called me up after my booking to say something like this.
I had a friend from the US visiting me who really wanted to visit Kaziranga and we didn't have time to go looking for another hotel, so had to stick with the booking. Apparently, to these people, a couple of young male people are hooligans by default. So they take your money first, then call you to ask you to behave.
Nice hotel, good location for sight seeing

The food is good, the rooms comfortable and the staff helpful and very friendly.
I experienced no issues and my stay way enjoyable.
Good palce for family outing
jyotishmanboraon 16/04/2017 10:20The property is good but needs maintenance. Staff are also good, but can be more professional and friendly. The hotel has only 1 pos machine and that goes out of order very often. Travellers are advised to carry cash.
Comfortable stay at a stone's throw from the park entrance
Dbupadhyayon 26/03/2017 14:12Clean rooms, helpful staff and good food made for a very pleasant stay during our family trip to the kaziranga national park. The hotel is nicely bundled amongst the woods with the hills on one side and the park on the other, away from the main road - making for a very peaceful stay.
As of March -2017, the approach road to the hotel is about a kilometer long and unpaved hence a little caution is advised while traversing it, and the games/activity room equipment is in poor shape, but don't let that bother you as the friendly staff and clean rooms more than make up for it.

atuly2014on 09/03/2017 06:12I have visited this place with my family in the month of Jan-17. We have booked it advance because of rush on Bihu. This hotel is nearly 1 Km from main Highway and the approach road is very bad. I am having a hatchback and only i know what i feel when i traveled on that road. Resort is also Average. Pool was not working, indoor playing equipment are not in good shape and quality of food is bellow Average. My kids refuse to eat any thing after testing first breakfast.
