alanrharrion 14/08/2017 21:25my wife and I had the pleasure if staying at Donna's b&b last night . very clean rooms , comfy beds with everything needed for a pleasant stay . superb breakfast in the morning . Donna is a very friendly host and cannot do enough for her guests . with the b&b situated only a short walk from town centre its the ideal place to stay . I don't think I would consider staying anywhere else in Dumfries .
Excellent bed and breakfast
yetigooseukon 22/06/2017 23:06Lovely b&b, great landlady. Bedroom was spacious and very clean. Good night's sleep and a delicious breakfast plenty of choice. Would highly recommend staying there. Have always stayed overnight at a travel lodge glad we changed our minds this year. It was a lovely start to our holiday. Would definitely stay again.
Good location
Dave Bon 05/02/2017 18:13Stayed here for two nights. Donna is very friendly and helpful, nothing seems too much bother. My room was a twin, bed could have been comfier although everything else about the room was good. En suite was small but shower was fine.
Breakfast portion size was very good. The breakfast room is laid out well and again Donna is really good at taking care of her guests.
I also thought this place was well priced. Has decent parking and is close to central Dumfries.

Onceabearon 19/08/2016 21:12This was an average B&B. I booked it after seeing the great ratings and reviews. It didn't live up to expectations at all. No sink in the room, we had to share one bathroom with 3 other rooms. Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows very hard. The host was personable, tariff low. I guess you get what you pay for.
Great Landlady - Donna
Patricia Hon 06/08/2016 10:125 blokes had a great weekend at this excellent B&B. Beds had crisp white linen and rooms were spotless. Breakfast was super, you could have it tailor made to your own tastes, nothing to much much trouble. Donna was a charming, sociable hostess and gave detailed information on all the best places to visit locally. Only a five minute flat walk into town. Highly recommended.
