Great long-term stay place!
lorna2017on 24/07/2017 02:01Nice and clean accommodations, spacious floor plan layout and in an upscale gated community with an accommodating staff. Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and high-tech washing machine/dryer. Adjustable A/C. Short stroll to outdoor mall and many restaurant choices. Traveling solo felt very safe, and helpful security managing gate access to all community entrants/exits.
Con: Some furniture a little dated/worn and faded wall paper. However, other features well appointed including solid and well polished hardwood floors.
Plus -- daily continental breakfast available during week. Con -- the restaurant directed to for breakfast on the weekends is filthy with food on the floor and stained coffee cups. The place is dark. I can't image what I would have seen if it were lighter.
Supper plus -- as a visitor to the country, the hotel staff will call a taxi and communicate with the driver to ensure safe and expedient arrival at intended destination.
If hotel addresses these items above, it will easily earn 5 stars!
Lanson JinQiao, i have stay for one month for my work,
phdidier29on 16/02/2017 06:20Please be very careful with the comment about this hotel service apartment, there is no breakfast on Saturday on Sunday, during the week you need to look the face from the guest and you will understand how bad is the breakfast and the trouble with your stomach , very very poor quality. Difficult to sleep due to the noise made by the local guest who used this hotel as short stay to get drunk and to do party, the laundry service is very bad, don't used it you can be sure your clothes will come back damages.the bed sheet have some issues they used a king of cleaning chemical who will give you allergies and red spot if you sleep with out any clothe, , the worse is the service from the head housekeeping , who have not a proper behavior, very careful with her, she will act not professionally behind you. the concierge service try to make you stay pleasant but cannot help you with the housekeeping attitude . the place is very fare from shanghai center cost a lot by taxi, and by subway very difficult to get where you want , is like a war zone . as foreigner you have no supermarket near you cannot by goods for you to cooked, you need to take a shuttle bus who will take you to carrefour . and be-careful people are checking into your personal affair , You will feel your personal life have been rape. this is what's happen and i'm not the only guest to have face this problem.
Stunning Hotel and Wonderful Service
Lovemaryluon 27/04/2016 08:18We didn't stay for long but it was a stunning service apartment and we loved every second there. We went in June so it was pouring with rain in Shanghai, the staff were so friendly and even though it was flooded outside the main entrance, the staff organised us rain boots so we could walk out of the property. The lounge downstairs is so tranquil and a great place to relax and read a book on any given day! The apartments were huge and I definitely think it is one of the best you can get in Shanghai.
Excellent service
Mojabeng Mon 16/04/2016 05:20This guys went out of their way to help in whatever way possible. Thank you so much. The place also looked much better live than advetised. Very specious and clean rooms. The fresh scent of Cologne as you enter the reception is so welcoming. The manager Victor with his English was so so helpful as well from booking our tickets to Hong Kong to other travels we did around including recommendations of western resturants
Brilliant!
Christine Ron 23/02/2016 08:13We have lived here for just over 2 years now and have always felt like we chose the best apartments in Shanghai that are built to a high standard.
Staff customer service cannot really be faulted - fantastic English levels and always eager to help solve any problems.
Location is right next to Jinqiao metro station so really handy to get across the river. Area is a great mix of Chinese and western convenience with a shopping mall opposite where you can get a big range of food from cheap and cheerful noodles to fancier western food if you wish (it's got more character than Jinqiao neighbourhood up the road!)
A decent breakfast is served downstairs Monday to Friday and free tea and coffee 24/7. They even put on a social evening once a month with free beer and wine to get to know your neighbours.
Huge communal garden, small but good gym on ground floor and and wifi is good.
It's not cheap but hey, it's Shanghai!
