I stay here because the price is right, the location is good, it is fairly safe, and Waffle house is right next door.

My sister stayed at the hotel for a week before I got there while waiting to move into her new home. The breakfast was pretty good but stop there! The night I checked in I needed a toothbrush. No one at desk! I needed change. No one at desk. I needed towels. No one at desk. Each time o had to wait and wait. Then once desk clerk “appeared” helpful was not her choice. After three days of no questions with no answers I chose to leave instead. The room my sister was in went three days with NO room service. Trash overflowed. Towels stacked up on floor. No replenished toiletries...just not a good choice with so many other options.

Rooms were pretty clean. Workers were friendly and courteous. I rented four non smoking rooms and one had the smell of a smoking room. The thermostat was stuck on 66 degrees in one room and couldn't be adjusted. The bedding covers looked like they was original and was shot (needed replacing) and the mattresses also need to be replaced as they were sagging and you could feel springs.

Really a nice location. there are places to eat, (A waffle House nearby), easy access to FM 1960. Rooms were OK, beds were OK,. There is plenty of good parking. There is a Waffle House nearby. Staff was friendly.

The front desk experience was friendly and warming. The room cleanness excellent and nice space for our party of three.
