PH stinks, useless bathrooms, damaged lamps, very old furniture, lamps and fans didn't work.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Pent House on floor 30 has tree bathrooms, one not in service, on the main room, it did stinks due lack of maintenance, bulbs exploited and not replaced, refrigerator was very dirty, the list goes on for a bunch of issues on the furniture and more.
On the kitchen, the stove was not working, instead the provide a very dirty, electrical one...
Doors are not working properly, you cannot open/close it easily, and rooms are very-very noisy.
Provided laundry machine is not working at all, there is an advise about it only in Spanish.
When I did complain about all this issues (described plus more...) the clerk told me that she "didn't knew whom sold the service and she can only send the maintenance guy to review"
Finally I spent only one night there, enough was enough
DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I has many issues with the hotel. Firstly, the AC never worked, even thought I talked to the stuff and they always said they were gonna fix it, but they didn't. The doors were not secure and they were old. Too many people in the pools and they rent the pool per day to to non-users of the hotel. It didn't have a beach, because it was too dangerous. The Wi-fi connection was really bad and the hotel itself is really old.

Well, huge bed, kitchen, jacuzzi and a breathtaking view from the balcony...what more can you as for? Maybe 2 nights for 700 pesos? Here you can! Best thing in Acapulco were the clavados, young boys jumping from a very high cliff in the sea. If you're here that's a must.

Go to another hotel!

Rooms are very small and old!!! Bed was hard as a rock and AC wasn't working at all!!! Not what I expected.... The receptionist was of no help & when I went to tell them about the Ac they said it wasn't their problem! Ughh such a horrible experience! The tv was a small old school type & had no remote control. I have no idea how other ppl are giving this hotel 4 stars... such a lie!!! I gave it 1 because the luggage guy was nice.. oh & valet parking is 100 pesos more! That's not included in your package.

Las Torres Gemelas

On famed Condesa Beach, Las Torres Gemelas is a modern high rise. The room is equipped with a kitchenette, the bedrooms are large and comfortable with comfortable furnishings. The bathrooms have all the modern amenities. You have a balcony we had a beautiful ocean view. Poseidor a very good restaurant also has an ocean view. The pool is connected by a waterfall to the children's pool. They have shops and a beautiful lobby bar. The staff does a very good job maintaining Las Torres Gemelas.
