Globetripper999on 23/08/2017 21:25The hotel is a little dated on the outside and inside. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The best point of the hotel is its location, across a road from the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was a good variety of continental options. The pool offered a good relief to the hot weather, although the only issue was having to 'pay' 15 Euro for a pool towel, ubsurd! Parking can be an issue if you cannot park in the hotels limited parking area. Overall the stay was good.
Good but BAD
The Aon 16/08/2017 18:34We stayed a night but we spent 4 hours searching for parking because the have about 50 spaces which are always full. The guy at the bar didn't talk much but nice breakfast and easy to get to the beach but outside enterance ticket machine doesn't work so it's 👌🏼 and 👎🏻
Two night stay

The place is clean and tidy.
Very spacious public areas.
We booked a sea view room and that's what we got. The room was great as you would expect.
Breakfast selection was excellent only the useless toaster that seems to adorn every hotel in the world was there and 3 passes to get a hint of colour on my toast.
The pool was ok and the back gate handy to get to the beach.
Now the down side. Not a very helpful lady on the reception we arrived at around 20.30 no parking spaces to be had asking where we could park we were bluntly told on the road somewhere.
I ended up using the car park 15 minutes walk away. This cost €26 each day. Not great.
Then on first morning they decide to wake us by sending in the workmen to replace the window in the adjoining room. So no lay in for us.
The fact that they did not warn us of the work was the most annoying thing. They would have known it was happening.
So very poor customer service.
Would I stay again probably not.
For the cost you expect better service I would rather pay more and stay at the grand.
EXCELLENT HOTEL
midgetgem2on 31/07/2017 20:20Staying here at the moment, first time at this hotel and we think its great. Good vibes from reception staff on arrival, room 503 good, with beautiful views over the beach. Breakfast is best I have tasted in Malaga, plenty of choice and buffet replenished regularly, also waiters pleasant and hard working. Central location for Malaga and surrounding quaint villages. Pool area is satisfactory, but sometimes I could not get a sun lounger, so I just lay on the mats provided on the lovely spongey grass, no problem, plenty of tables and chairs though, so you can sit in shade. The beach is right across the road. Room good size with towels changed daily. Stay here, you will be very comfortable, and we hope to be back son.

fionasV1369YRon 30/07/2017 14:34Very close to the beach, transport and restaurants. Pool and lounge area didn't get too busy. The breakfast choices were plenty and adequate. Didn't get a sea view but thought the city view was just pretty.
